Life is fraught with misunderstandings and unfair negative labeling.

For example, a word that comes readily to mind is Masochist.

It is a label bandied about, generally in a negative manner, but No!

Masochist is defined as a person who enjoys an activity that appears to be painful or tedious, eg, distance running or swimming.

Well, call me a masochist if you must, but I enjoy the benefits of such exercise, both physically and mentally.  Yes, I have experienced the "Runner's High" (a variation of being in the Zone)!  And yes, being in shape has many benefits.

Yet, I have been sadistically labeled a masochist by some.

All I know is it surely works (emphasis on work) for me!
