It’s January 8th  as I write this. I am putting away some of the generous holiday gifts I received. Included in those gifts are two planners/journals.  They are very pretty and  beautifully crafted. The question is, for me, whether I will use them.

One of the attorneys in my office still uses a paper diary (a red book). Given the ease of electronic calendars I have always questioned this.  I also question how the use of a paper planner will conflict with my resolve to go paperless. But now I am looking at my beautiful new paper planner and wondering. . .

Do you use a paper calendar? How about a paper journal?
